I recently stayed at Hostal La Esperanza for 4 nights and had a fantastic experience. Carlos and his family provided outstanding hospitality and gave me all the information I needed for a great stay in the Amazonas region. The hostel's location was perfect, within walking distance of the city center and airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the included breakfast and drinks were delicious. Carlos and his family were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making this one of the best hostel experiences I've had. Highly recommended!

They even took us to their friend's agency to book a flight to Medellin at a much lower price. The accommodation was perfect, with comfortable beds and air conditioning. The hosts, Carlos and his family, made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They provided us with a delicious home-cooked breakfast and assisted us in organizing transportation for our tours. We highly recommend staying here for a warm and hospitable experience.

The noise in the town was quite loud, especially during early mornings and late nights. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The hosts provided a delicious breakfast daily. Tuk-tuks were readily available for transportation. The rooftop terrace offered a great view of the sunset. Good for solo travelers.

I stayed at Hostal La Esperanza for a week during my trip to the Amazon. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the airport and close to the main town center. The owner, Carlos, may not speak much English, but he was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed, modern bathroom, and excellent air conditioning. I also appreciated the attentive service, such as being allowed early check-in and the offer of ice-cold water. The hostel even stored my bag while I went on a jungle tour.
